1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY! Open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. In order to be entered into our Facebook Giveaways, entrant must be a Facebook Fan. (“LIKE” our facebook fan page located at http://www.facebook.com/whatareyoubuyen) To be entered into specific giveaways, entrant must comply with the rules of the specific giveaway. All entries after the contest’s specified ending date will be ineligible.

2. WINNERS: Winners will be randomly selected with the use of Random.org. Winnere will be publicly announced on our website or facebook fan page. Winners will have 48 hours after contest end day to claim their prize. If prize is not claimed, a new winner will be selected. A list of winners can be requested at anytime by contacting WhatAreYouBuyen through the facebook fan page, list of winners is limited to the last 30 days after contest end.
3. ODDS OF WINNING: The Odds of winning varies depending on the total amount of entries per contest. Prize limited to (1) per household.
4. PUBLICITY: Winner may be required to submit a photograph of him/her with the prize which will be posted on the WhatAreYouBuyen Facebook Fan Page and/or website. (except where this requirement is prohibited by law) Participation in the Contest constitutes Winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of Winner’s name, likeness, picture, portrait, voice opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional, publicity, or advertising purposes worldwide in any media and on the World Wide Web, in perpetuity, without further payment consideration, review, or consent (where allowable).
5. We are no responsible for technical, physical or shipment errors occurring, resulting in winner not receiving prize. Once the winner is announced and the prize is shipped we can no longer be help liable. We will make reasonable attempts to ensure the winner receives the prize. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway at our sole discretion at any time and shall choose a winner with the current entries at random. These rules are subject to change, modification, rewrite at anytime without notice.
